Welcome to the Online Manga University!
Where Your Journey Into the World of Manga and Comic Art Begins...

The Online Manga University is an online community dedicated to bringing the world of manga and comic art to aspiring artists. We're doing our best to provide you with the best techniques and information available in a user friendly environment. If you'd like to learn more about the OMU be sure to check out the About the OMU section.

We try to update the OMU as much as possible... but unfortunately, both Az and I have real life obligations that take up a good chunk of our time. So please... be patient with us... we're doing the best we can ^_-

Well I've redesigned the OMU once again! The other design wasn't working >_< so.... I've changed it yet again. Hopefully this is the design that will stay. I've tried to make it as user friendly as possible and I hope you all like it ^_^. You'll see a lot more changes coming soon! All of the tutorials are wayyyy out of date, I've learned a lot more since I created them so keep an eye out for some redone and brand new tutorials (including ones on coloring with photoshop!). You may also have noticed that we've gotton rid of some other sections of the site, there won't be a gallery anymore because neither Az nor I can keep up with it. But if you'd like to see some art check out the Student Lounge or the Oekaki! Anyway.. that's all the news for now!

and on a final note.. I'd like to say thank you to Az for working with me to create the OMU, all the Moderators for they're help with running this place, Hachi for providing us with webspace and PolyKarbon for helping us get started when we were just a wee site. And of course to all of our members who have stuck with this site over the past few years. Thanks for all of your dedication and contributions that helped to make the OMU what it is today^_^

Quite a bit of the site is still underconstruction, I should have the majority of it up and running in a couple weeks (no really... I will !! ^_^;; )
